Hello! I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer and pre & post-natal trainer with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science based in Nottingham. Throughout my life I have always been involved in fitness and sports environments. I know first hand the physical, mental and emotional benefits that leading an active lifestyle can bring. I have a range of experience in lots of different sporting environments, from being a national champion rower to running half marathons, and competing in multiple functional fitness competitions.
1-2-1 personal training is an investment in your health, it is one hour blocked out of your day that you get to focus on yourself and improve on your fitness, strength and any other goals you may have. If you're someone that has no clue where to start in the gym or struggles to motivate themselves, then 1-2-1 personal training is perfect for you! I will be there to guide you every step of the way on your journey to become the best version of yourself. I offer at home personal training, where I come to you, this takes any faffing or worrying out of your day, I provide all the equipment, all you need to provide is a positive attitude :). Alternatively I also offer personal training sessions at the Boost Your Body studio on Abbey Road in West Bridgford.
Online personal training can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, at any time. It is the perfect option for those that have confidence to go to the gym alone (or train by themselves at home), but still struggle to know what to do when they get there! You will receive a completely personalised program to suit your goals and needs, tailored to whatever equipment you have access to. With weekly checkins and unlimited support you will feel motivated and have all the tools to reach your goals.
Another great option for online training is via Zoom. I offer 1-2-1 and group zoom personal training sessions, another amazing way to get fit and strong in the comfort of your own home.
I run a fitness class for ladies looking to either stay fit during their pregnancy, or build their strength back once they've had their little one. These are small group personal training classes where you can bring your baby along with you, so no need to worry about child care. Its a great way to socialise with other mums while working on yourself in a safe space with a fully qualified pre & post-natal trainer. We will spend 45 minutes to an hour doing safe exercises to either prepare you for birth or keep you strong for life with a little one. Classes are held at the Boost Your Body Studio on Abbey Road in West Bridgford.
